All parts sold or installed are covered for 90 days from the date of sale unless the customer has purchased a product extended warranty. Any item past 90 day warranty period should request warranty service to be provided through the manufacturer without exception.

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to ECP Computers within 5 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by ECP Computers, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
To return any item purchased online shall require the customer to download a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and return it via fax or email within 5 days of receiving the product. Once your RMA has been received and approved, you will receive a RMA number which will be included with all product returns. The purchaser must declare the reason for the return, whether the product is damaged or if the product purchased item is no longer wanted or needed. All product materials such as remotes, manuals, etc. must be returned or the RMA will be rejected.
Products returned without an approved RMA # will be sent back to the customer at an additional expense of shipping unless written approval has been given by ECP Computers & More.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If ECP Computers no longer stocks an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is out of stock, the item will be placed on Back-Order. You will be notified via email of two options:
- ECP Computers can send you a comparable replacement product, or
- ECP Computers can issue you a full refund for the product. A refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
Clearance, Close outs, and Open Box Items
Clearance, Close outs, and open box items are considered NON RETURNABLE with NO EXCEPTIONS. Products purchased under these terms are sold as is with no refunds, no exchanges, no replacements, and no returns.
While ECP Computer's is glad to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is non-refundable. All other conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service with any questions you may have.
All online returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless product is defective within the warranty coverage period and has been approved with a ECP RMA #. Any damaged packaging may result in additional 15% repackaging fee. In store returns will incur a 15% restocking fee unless product is defective within the warranty coverage period and has been approved with a ECP RMA #.
Shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser for any returns not classified as a Warranty Return, Once all items have been tested and proven to be covered under the defective warranty, ECP Computers will have the ground shipping cost refunded after all product is received and verified. Any items or packaging damaged at the time of delivery should be noted and the delivery company contacted to start a damage claim. ECP Computers will not cover any items damaged as a result of mishandling during shipping.
